Our facility consists of seven linked laboratories providing a single-source service: short-term performance, long-term thermal aging, compatibility, EIS thermal life, special projects, fabrication, and calibration verification.

Full-Spectrum Testing Capabilities
Electrical Testing
Up to 150kV AC / 100kV DC. Dissipation factor, dielectric breakdown, insulation resistance, impulse testing, voltage endurance, and surface tracking.
Thermal Exposures
100+ laboratory ovens up to 350°C. Cold chambers down to -30°C. Three oven sizes for wide-ranging test object dimensions.
Compatibility Testing
CCT / Sealed Tube testing. Immersion in oils, water, refrigerants, gases and vapor. More CCT testing performed than all other labs worldwide combined.
Flammability Testing
Open flame (vertical, horizontal, needle) and non-flame sources (hot wire, glow wire). Tested per ASTM, IEC, ISO, NEMA, and UL standards.
Physical Properties
Tensile, flexural, compressive, and impact strength. Deformation under load, water absorption, and hardness testing per ASTM and ISO standards.
Humidity & Condensation
Five chambers capable of up to 100% RH with visible condensation. Interior dimensions up to 1500mm wide for large test objects.
ISO/IEC 17025 Quality Management
ELTEK Labs complies with ISO/IEC 17025 as the foundation of our Quality Management System and laboratory operations. Our facility is accredited by the International Accreditation Service (IAS) as Testing Laboratory TL-457.
ELTEK is a Third Party Testing Laboratory for internationally recognized Certifying Bodies and remains an active participant on technical committees developing new requirements for safety and performance.

Thermal Exposures
Short-term and long-term thermal conditioning with 100+ calibrated ovens and cold chambers.
All ovens comply with IEC 60216-4-1, IEC 60216-4-2, ASTM D5374, and ASTM D5423. Three oven sizes are available (380×400×450mm up to 740×1500×1300mm) to accommodate a wide range of test object sizes.
Compatibility Testing
CCT / Sealed Tube evaluations plus immersion in various environments:

Flammability Testing
